The twenty-one day challenge.

Bring it on.

I saw this challenge on a blog that I read daily: My Struggle With Perfection. Just reading that post I’ve seen that we have similar eating habits. I would compare calories and I would see that something unhealthy, like a homemade cupcake, actually had the same amount of calories as something ‘healthy’. Naturally, I would swap it for something unhealthy and justify it by exercising more or restricting myself harder for the rest of the day. Well, no more. Welcome to the twenty-one day challenge.

The Rules:
No chocolate.
No sweets.
No biscuits or cookies.
No cakes, donuts or muffins.
No pastries.
No white bread.
No chips.
No fast food.
No nutella or peanut butter.
No ice cream.

Daily posts:
Day 1: What is your current weight and what would you like it to be?
Day 2: What is your favourite part of your body?
Day 3: If you were at your ultimate goal weight right now what piece of clothing would you buy/wear?

Day 20: What is your ultimate fitness goal?
Day 21: How do you feel? Have you noticed any changes in yourself?

I’m having a cup of coffee and then that’s it. No more calories for the rest of the day. I must stay under one thousand calories. As for tomorrow, I will be back to my normal self. The challenge begins. Wish me luck!
